The story of Lil Nas X and “Old Town Road” has always fascinated me. From the illegal sample taken from Nine Inch Nails to the crossover success and topping the Country Music charts, there was a lot of history made when this song was release! (and for months afterwards)
Here is my re-imagined interpretation of this classic Lil Nas X type beat, which I cheekily named “Old Cowboy Road”:
